| Vision Hindustan Unilever Limited along with different state governments has a vision "To empower women in India to change their destinies through education, career guidance and skills training". Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan once said "That India's future will be shaped in her classrooms". Unfortunately equal opportunity for education is not given to girls in our country. We at Fair & Lovely Foundation understand the importance of education for women. It's our vision to equip women through education, career guidance and skill training in order to help them realize their potential and be independent. Mission Fair & Lovely Foundation has been on a mission "Of adding vitality to lifeby making women look good, feel good and get more out of life". In order to bring alive our mission the Fair and Lovely Foundation has champion many projects the most successful being Fair & Lovely Scholarships and Fair & Lovely Career Guidance. The advisory board of the Fair & Lovely Foundation comprises of renowned Indian women from all walks of life consisting of successful educationists, NGO activists, physicians who are all working towards a common objective of women empowerment. Since its inception in 2003, the foundation with the help of its supporters has helped millions of women realize their potential and live their dreams.
